Our professional wellbeing teams offer several home care services which enables you to live safely in your own home such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, help with shopping, social activities and access to the community.

Whether you are an older person needing assistance to live independently, you are managing a chronic health care issue, recovering from a medical procedure, you require end of life care, have complex care needs or a disability; we are here to help and support you.

We have 10 years’ experience in only recruiting high quality, dedicated, passionate care staff and we have used that to ensure all of our well-being team put dignity into the heart of everything they do and deliver care with compassion and respect.

We are committed to supporting you in your home so you can maintain your independence and quality of life. We understand that everyone is different and everyone has different needs so we pride ourselves on delivering tailor made home care with dignity, compassion and respect.

We will hold a free consultation with yourself to discuss your needs and requirements and then draw up a care plan to ensure your needs are met.

We want to build meaningful relationships with people who access our services so we will always allocate you with the same members of staff for your care unless there are extenuating circumstances out of our control, such as staff illness.

Support Services

We can also offer you a range of further services such as companionship, cooking, cleaning, help with shopping, social activities and access to the community including medical appointments.

We want to help you maintain your independence and we can support you to continue to access the things that matter most to you, outside of your own home. Whether that be your hobbies or interests, visiting friends or family or support accessing religious activities – if it’s important to you then it’s important to us. We have fully insured support vehicles and staff to help you access social activities outside of your home.
