I worked with cream for a number of years and can't recommended them enough. If you want a variety of homes to up your experience in care or even a long term career with flexible hours this is definitely the agency for you. Staff at homes welcome cream staff in with open arms as cream is known for high quality and hard working staff compared to other agencies around the area. I really do miss the team and the work, who knows I may be back in the future.

Fantastic office staff and lovely atmosphere! Working for Cream has been a pleasure. Booking in availability and shifts is seamless and the office staff always have time for you and are able to deal with any queries. Everyone is lovely and the agency is ran extremely efficiently.

Since I have worked for Cream l have never had any issues concerning my wages or my shift. There have even gone to the extent of helping me with my personal life of which many companies would not do if their staff member is faced with a crisis.
